Explicit. The plot of the book is very believable based on what little knowledge of the country that I have. It is a good book to appreciate the struggles that others go through on a daily basis to end up making something of themselves. Rosalind Juliet Mitchell is living in poverty but is determined to find her way out. Glenn Webber, an American tourist meets Rosalind after giving her and her friend a ride in his car one day.

This book is not like the show. It is more about the history of a small town and the highs and lows that are shown when the community revolves around the football team. I tried to read it, made it to about 100 pages and could NOT read any more.
